• ORDERING - Ohio Refrigeration offers a shopping cart system for easy ordering of products offered by Ohio Refrigeration. If you have questions or concerns pertaining to one or more of our products, please contact us first, before placing your order. This could include questions about brands, types, sizes, weights, quantity, pack size, box size, color, availability, etc. because we carry thousands of parts, supplies and equipment. Although we do try to keep all items up to date, it is sometimes impossible to do so and we would suggest you contact us should you have any concerns. You may also have questions about pack size, quantities or box size. We do carry several items with a minimum purchase quantity. If an item shows a pack size of 5, then 5 will be the minimum amount you can purchase of that specific item and the price will be multiplied by (5) five. Some items may advise you only need to purchase (1) one, to receive the pack size shown on that specific item. Be sure to contact us before ordering, should you have any questions. Your price will also help to reflect the quantities your ordering.

• PARTS ORDERS - Ohio Refrigeration cannot diagnose equipment problems for our customers ordering parts.  Parts are to be installed by a qualified licensed, insured technician.  Ohio Refrigeration is not liable for any damages before or after a part is installed whether damages are directly related to the part being installed or not.  Customer assumes all risk of property damages, fire bodily injury, electrocution, burns, proper handling of refrigerant and any other circumstance directly or indirectly related to installation of parts purchased from us.  Ohio Refrigeration makes no claims or warrants no guarantee purchased parts will repair  your unit; please consult with a licensed, insured service technician to properly diagnose your equipment and install parts.

• RETURNS - If an item you ordered from us does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us within 10 days of the sale in an unused and undamaged condition . You must first contact us and request return authorization. We do not accept returns on special order items, non-stock or discontinued items, electrical parts or refrigeration parts.
• As soon as the returned merchandise is received and the condition of the product is verified, the proper credit will be issued. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit. The restocking fee also applies to "Refused" shipments. All returns must be sent back to us, shipping prepaid. However, if the error is ours ... the restocking fee will not apply and shipping charges will gladly be refunded.

Sorry but we do not accept returns of electrical items or refrigeration parts.

• Items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• We can not accept returns of electrical items. Any item that makes, shows, produces electricity or has wires or wiring attached.
• We can not accept returns of items that show signs of wear, installation, or use.
• Refunds can not be given for specially made items or custom / special non stock item orders or discontinued item orders ... for all refundable orders, please allow up to 30 days for your refunds to be processed. All refunds are subject to 25% restocking fee and will be given in the form of a store credit, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Our finance department will approve the refund if the customer wishes to receive refund in form of credit to the customers credit card. We will not hold your money as a store credit if the customer wishes to have the payment returned to his/her credit card. Time of processing the refund will be the same.
• Shipping charges are not refunded. Customer must pay for return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our behalf. We will then pay for the return shipping on the part in error.
• All returns must be done within 10 days from date of purchase, and must be accompanied with customers receipt and invoice.
• Items returned to us which are deemed un-returnable, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
• Certain restrictions apply. Extra fees may apply for testing and evaluation to determine whether an item may be returned.
• By placing an order with us, you agree to this agreement.
• By placing an order with us online through our online ordering system, Google checkout, EBay, or any other service which carries, distributes and retails parts obtained through Ohio Refrigeration or an order placed over the phone, you agree to all of Ohio Refrigeration user agreements.

• SHIPPING - We are proud to offer fast and efficient shipping service to our customers. Utilizing UPS Ground (or expedited service as selected) who will deliver your order to your home or business with the greatest efficiency and highest quality of service in the industry. All order placed are normally shipped within 2 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will normally receive your order in 3-5 business days after shipping. (Certain locations require additional 1-2 days delivery time. Some items, due to greater size or weight, require special handling and delivery by truck. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for truck delivery.  All of our products have flat rate shipping charges, parts orders are displayed at check out.  Commercial cooler and Commercial Freezer purchases are displayed in the detailed images section located at the bottom of the items page.  Shipping charges for Commercial coolers and Commercial freezers will not show up on your invoice generated by the shopping cart system, but we will email you a paid copy of your invoice which will include your shipping charges.  We will only use approved United States qualified, licensed and insured shipping / freight companies such as UPS, DHL, Fed-Ex, USPS, Yellow, R&L, STI, Daylight Transport, Pitt Ohio, Viran, Roadway, USF, Bekins, SAIA, or RCT.

• PRIVACY - Ohio Refrigeration believes in protecting user privacy. Users of the Site should refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how Ohio Refrigeration uses and collects information.

• COPYRIGHT - All Site materials, including, without limitation, the Ohio Refrigeration logo, design, text, graphics, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof are Copyright © 1996-2013 Ohio Refrigeration and/or its suppliers ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Except as stated herein, none of the material on the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Ohio Refrigeration or the respective copyright owner. Permission is granted to display and use the materials on the Site for personal, noncommercial and informational use only, provided that you may not, without the permission of Ohio Refrigeration or the respective copyright owner, (a) copy, publish, duplicate, or distribute any materials, (b) modify the materials or (c) remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the materials.

• SITE ACCESS - Ohio Refrigeration allows you to make personal use only of the Site. Such use does not include, without limitation: (a) any resale or commercial use of the Site or content therein; (b) making derivative uses of the Site or its contents; or (c) use of any data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction methods. You are not conveyed any right or license by implication, estoppel or otherwise in or under any patent, trademark, copyright or proprietary right of Ohio Refrigeration or any third party.

• You may not use framing techniques to enclose any Ohio Refrigeration trademark, logo or other proprietary information (including the images found at the Site, the content of the Site, or the layout/design of any page or form contained on a page) without Ohio Refrigeration express written consent. Further, you may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing a Ohio Refrigeration, trademark or product name without Ohio Refrigeration express written consent.

• LINKING - You may create a hyperlink to the Site provided such link and the content associated with the link do not portray Ohio Refrigeration or any of its products and services in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise defamatory manner. You may not use a Ohio Refrigeration logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark of Ohio Refrigeration to link to the Site without the express written permission of Ohio Refrigeration. This permission may be revoked at any time.

• Ohio Refrigeration makes no claim or representation regarding, and accepts no responsibility for, the quality, content, nature or reliability of sites accessible by hyperlink from the Site, or sites linking to the Site. These linked sites are not under the control of Ohio Refrigeration and Ohio Refrigeration is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any review, changes or updates to such sites. • Indemnification - You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ohio Refrigeration from any claim, action, demand, loss or damages (including attorneys' fees) made or incurred by any third party arising out of or relating to your conduct, your use of the Site or the services offered thereon, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
