Once your purchase leaves our warehouse, it begins its way to your location. We always suggest that you are present at the time the shipping company opens the door, so that you may get the first look at your equipment, and verify that it is up to your standards.
Also ... This shipping company will only drop the refrigeration unit to the ground and onto your property. You are required to move the unit into the location you want it to be in.
